I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and United States Army veteran. I began my professional career as a graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program of Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville. I dedicated five years to the U.S. Army as an active-duty medical service corps officer. During that time, I spent the majority as a Company Grade Executive Officer. I was able to learn how to manage heavy workloads in highly stressful situations. In my last Officer Evaluation Report (kind of like a report card), I ranked #1 out of 10 other Officers.Over the past five years, I have worked diligently toward earning my CPA license while gaining valuable experience in public accounting. This includes owning and operating a full-service restaurant that maintained a 4.6 rating on Google. This journey strengthened my technical knowledge and prepared me to provide dependable, high-quality accounting and tax services to individuals and businesses in my community.My purpose is to help clients understand their finances, meet their tax obligations, and make informed financial decisions with confidence.
